A light jacket, long sleeve shirt or cover up might come in handy depending on weather. Children under 12 are welcome but must wear a lifejacket and are considered as a passenger.

What is individual tickets vs charters? Individual tickets sold may mean that other passengers may join your tour. You may charter the full boat if you like and have up to 12 people on board. The price of a charter is the same price as 10 tickets. Do you operate in the rain? We do operate in the rain as the palapa boats are covered. However, the captain can decide at anytime to cancel due to conditions. This may include choppy water. Can I play my own music on board? Yes, we do have bluetooth-capable stereo systems that can sync to your phone and choice of music. Unless you chartered the whole boat, others may not be fans of your playlist, in which case, we use ours. Can I have a longer cruise? You may book a Back-2-Back charter which will extend your cruise to 3.5 hours total. This is subject to availability. You can also book 2 boats side by side. How fast does the palapa boat go? Average speed is 4-6 nautical miles per hour.

A new way to enjoy the tropical beauty of the Cancun Lagoon boat, with a capacity of 12 passages, you can book as many individual seats as you like. Our captain and first mate (bartender) will make your 90-minute experience memorable and exciting.
